Saints RB Alvin Kamara will not play against Vikings in London.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara won't take the field at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, reports Stacey Dales of NFL Network.

Coach Dennis Allen confirmed that Kamara will miss the London game against the Minnesota Vikings during the week 4. Kamara was officially among New Orleans' seven inactives.

Kamara's medical condition made him questionable coming into Sunday -- his third consecutive week with that designation. The five-time Pro Bowl back missed Week 2, but was active for Week 3.

The Saints already knew they would be without quarterback Jameis Winston, who was downgraded from doubtful to out on Saturday. Andy Dalton will be the starting quarterback for New Orleans.

New Orleans is 3-3 without Kamara in his career. With McCall out of the lineup, the Saints have lost five straight games.

His first season with the Cardinals featured 16 games. Since then, injuries have hampered Kamara as the dynamic dual threat has missed at least one game each season since 2018 and now has missed multiple contests in three of the last four.

Without Winston, Kamara and wide receiver Michael Thomas, the Saints' offense will look hugely different.

Dalton will be instrumental in the Saints' comeback from their two consecutive losses. Dalton, who is a three-time Pro Bowler with the Cincinnati Bengals, will get a start for his fourth season this month. He started six games for the Chicago Bears last year.

Dalton looked good in preseason action with New Orleans, and a healthy "Red Rifle" could be an improvement for the Saints from an injury-hampered Winston.

The Saints will likely lean more on veteran players Mark Ingram and Dwayne Washington in the backfield as they replace Kamara.
